Kaitsa has served as Delaware County auditor since being appointed in 2009 and elected to a full term in 2010, per his official biography. He previously served as the Ohio Department of Development's first chief financial officer and as deputy director of the Ohio Department of Administrative Services, and holds an economics degree from Kenyon College and an MBA from Ohio State University, per the same source.
