Biography

Costello is a mother, teacher, public relations executive and former Governor's staff member, per the Alaska House of Representatives biography. A lifelong Alaskan born in Anchorage in 1968, Costello holds a bachelor's degree in government from Harvard University and a master's degree in teaching from the University of Alaska Southeast, per the Alaska House of Representatives biography. Wells was raised in Fairbanks, the son of an IBEW electrician, and attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks, per the campaign site.
