Biography

Groh is a lifelong Alaskan who worked as a legislative aide in the Alaska Legislature, where he helped create the 1982 law establishing the Permanent Fund Dividend, per the campaign site. He later served as special assistant to the Alaska commissioner of revenue on oil tax legislation, worked as a prosecutor on child abuse and domestic violence cases, and has taught a course on Alaska's fiscal challenges at the University of Alaska Anchorage, per the campaign site.
