A certified general appraiser who has served as Clark County Assessor since 2011 after first winning the office in 2010, per the county's official about the assessor page. Before taking office he was managing partner of American Commercial and Residential Appraisal following a decade in telecommunications, per that same county page, and the Clark County Association of Realtors named him 2020 affiliate of the year, per his voters' pamphlet entry. No campaign website was found as of September 8, 2026.
