Kristen L. Parcher's Washington voters' pamphlet statement states that Parcher has been District Court Judge, Department 1, since 2018, after serving as a District Court Commissioner from 2011 to 2018. The statement also notes that Parcher was an attorney with Vancouver Defenders providing indigent defense services to District Court, and also worked as a family law attorney for Green & Ritchie, per the Washington voters' pamphlet statement. No campaign website was found as of September 27, 2026.
