Biography
Jennifer Rouse is an assistant professor of sociology and chair of the Social Sciences and Education Pathway at Tidewater Community College, per her campaign site. A Virginia Beach native, she graduated with honors from Virginia Wesleyan College and earned a graduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University as an L. Douglas Wilder Graduate Scholar Fellow, per her campaign site. She is the sitting District 10 council member, per the Virginia Department of Elections certified candidate list.
