Holley serves as District Attorney for Montgomery County, Texas, appointed in October 2025, and is a board certified criminal law specialist, per the campaign site. Holley served as a U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps officer, led a prosecution team in the Abu Ghraib detainee abuse cases, and later served as First Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County from 2016 to 2025, per the campaign site.
