Biography

Hutson has presided over Montgomery County Court at Law No. 4 since being sworn into office on January 1, 2023, per the campaign site. Hutson began a career in prosecution in 2008 and became Montgomery County's first dedicated Domestic Violence Prosecutor, later helping to create the county's Domestic Violence Division and its specialty Domestic Violence Court. Hutson is a graduate of Antonin Scalia Law School.
