Thomas E. Harris is a judge of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas, General Division, and a lifelong county resident from Jefferson, Ohio. He began his legal career as chief assistant prosecutor for Ashtabula County, served more than 26 years as judge of the Conneaut Municipal Court, and has more than 37 years of total judicial experience, per the Ashtabula County Republican Party. He is a past president of the Association of Municipal and County Court Judges of Ohio and a member of the Ohio Judicial Conference Executive Committee, per the same source.
