Greg Copeland is a former Maplewood city manager who served on the Saint Paul Charter Commission for 12 years, including as its chairman, per his campaign website. He has lived off Payne Avenue in Saint Paul for 34 years and earlier worked as a newspaper reporter and a community action agency deputy director, per the site.
