Biography

Rena Moran is the incumbent Ramsey County Commissioner for District 4, elected in 2022 after six terms in the Minnesota House as the first African American to represent Saint Paul, per her campaign site. She previously directed prevention initiatives at Prevent Child Abuse Minnesota.
