Biography

Scott Dibble worked as a community organizer and information technology support specialist before serving as an aide to a Minneapolis City Council member from 1994 to 2000, per the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library. Dibble represents Minnesota Senate District 61 and was the first openly gay man elected to the Minnesota Legislature without having previously held a seat in it, per the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library.
