Domb serves as State Representative for the 3rd Hampshire District, representing Amherst and part of Granby, and chairs the House Joint Committee on Mental Health, Substance Use and Recovery for the 2025-2026 session, per her campaign site. She was elected in November 2018 and is now serving her fourth term, per the site. She holds a bachelor's degree from Barnard College and completed graduate coursework toward a master's degree at Teachers College, Columbia University, per the site. From 2013 to 2018 she was executive director of the Amherst Survival Center, where she expanded basic-needs programs including a diaper distribution program, per the site. Earlier in her career she directed statewide training programs on HIV/AIDS, hepatitis and opioid overdose prevention for drug treatment facilities, jails and shelters, co-founded the Berkshire AIDS Coalition, served as a Department of Public Health regional coordinator for HIV testing, founded the state's first jail-based HIV education program, and worked as a congressional aide to Rep. Ted Weiss of New York, per the site. She is a member of Amherst Town Meeting and founded Make It Better Amherst, a network formed in response to youth suicide, per the site.
