David E. Sullivan is an Easthampton attorney serving as Northwestern District Attorney, the chief law enforcement officer for Hampshire and Franklin counties and the town of Athol, since 2011, per his office biography. He was chief administrator of the Hampshire Probate and Family Court and spent 16 years in private practice before his election, per the office biography; he co-founded the Children's Advocacy Center of Franklin County and North Quabbin.
