Biography

Hadley Luddy is the State Representative for the 4th Barnstable District, who joined the Massachusetts General Court in 2025, according to her campaign site. She has served as CEO of the Homeless Prevention Council since 2016 and previously worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod and the Islands, per the site.
