Biography

Mike Gierau is the Democratic incumbent for Wyoming Senate District 17. He has lived in Teton County since 1980 and has been a small business owner there since then, per his answers to the WyoFile 2026 Election Guide questionnaire. He previously served on the Jackson planning commission, Jackson Town Council and Teton County Commission before serving in the Wyoming House and now the Senate, per the WyoFile questionnaire. No campaign website was found as of September 25, 2026.
