Biography

Art Washut is a retired Casper Police Department officer who served from 1980 to 2000, including as interim chief of police, per his campaign site. He has taught criminal justice, political science and addictionology at Casper College since 2000 and holds a master's degree in public administration from the University of Wyoming, and is a lifelong Casper resident.
