Biography

Misty Tinney has served 28 years in Laramie County government, in both the Clerk's Office and the Treasurer's Office since 1998, with experience in elections, real estate recordings and financial oversight, according to her campaign site. She is a Certified Public Manager and an active member of the Wyoming County Clerk's Association, per the site.
