Biography

Earl Collier is a land surveyor who has spent about a decade working with ranchers, miners and infrastructure developers across Wyoming, per County 17. He grew up near Sundance and holds degrees from Sheridan College and the University of Wyoming, and he and his wife Chelsie have three children, per the same source. No campaign website was found as of September 7, 2026.
