Biography

Purnell served more than 30 years in the U.S. Army, including as a combat medic, drill sergeant and senior military instructor, per his campaign site. He has worked as a warehouse and plant manager, an accountant, an ROTC scholarship officer at UW-La Crosse, and director of military-aligned students at Viterbo University, and holds a BS in accounting and an MBA.
