Kathy Kittel is a fourth-generation New Richmond resident who has worked for St. Croix County for 16 years, beginning as a jury bailiff before moving to the clerk of court's office about a decade ago, per the Hudson Star Observer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and a certificate in Restorative Justice Services, and has cross-trained across small claims, civil, family, and jury work.
