Joe Jividen is a teacher at Wheeling Country Day School and coordinator of its Learning on Location program, per the Wheeling Intelligencer. A Wheeling native with more than 15 years of classroom experience, he holds a master's degree in education from West Liberty University and serves on the board of Holy Family Childcare. This is his first run for public office.
