Biography

Naputi-Pullar has worked in the Thurston County Auditor's Office since 1999 and has served as the county's Elections Manager since 2013, per the county's official voters' pamphlet. She is a certified Election and Registration Administrator and was named Washington State Elections Administrator of the Year in 2014 and 2021, per the same source.
