Tom Dent is the sitting state representative for the 13th Legislative District. He became a professional pilot in 1976 and founded Tom Dent Aviation, which offered aerial application, pilot service, and flight instruction for area agriculture and industry, per his official legislative page. He serves as ranking Republican on the House Agriculture and Natural Resource Committee, per the same page.

Juan "Jerry" Garcia's Washington voters' pamphlet statement lists Former 2025 Candidate for Othello School Board Director. The statement also notes that Garcia has worked in agriculture, wildlife conservation, fast food, retail and factory jobs and as a Corrections Officer for over six years, and was formerly a landlord, per the Washington voters' pamphlet statement. No campaign website was found as of September 27, 2026.
