Biography

Morales is a Justice of the Peace constable with 27 years of public service in Travis County, certified as a master peace officer, gang investigator and mental health officer, per the campaign site. Raised in Austin's Dove Springs neighborhood, he graduated from Johnston High School and earned a degree summa cum laude from Huston-Tillotson University, per the campaign site. He has been recognized twice by the state of Texas for community policing and public safety and serves as president of the Dove Springs Advisory Board, per the campaign site.
