Biography

David Lowe is the Republican incumbent for Texas House District 91 in Tarrant County. He served in the U.S. Army as a military policeman, completing four overseas tours including two combat deployments to Afghanistan, before retiring in 2015, according to his official biography. He later worked in detention facilities, graduated from the Texas Peace Officer's Academy in 2018, and earned a bachelor's degree from American Military University that year.
