Missildine has more than 23 years of law enforcement experience, beginning as a dispatcher and jailer at the Potter County Sheriff's Office and later serving with West Texas A&M University Police, the U.S. Border Patrol, and Dallas and Collin County constable offices, per the campaign site. Missildine holds a Ph.D. in general psychology along with master's degrees in public administration and leadership, and is a Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Master Peace Officer, per the campaign site.
