Biography

Jamie L. Devine is president and CEO of Community Assistance Provider, Inc., a nonprofit focused on affordable housing and economic opportunity, per his campaign site. He previously served on the Richland School District One Board of School Commissioners, including as chairman, and holds a bachelor's degree in English from Benedict College. Devine is running unopposed for County Council District 4, per the Post and Courier.
