Jennifer Boylan is an environmental professional who spent 14 years conducting environmental investigations and litigation consulting before her election, according to her General Assembly biography. She holds a master's degree in earth and planetary science from Washington University and was appointed to Gov. Raimondo's Working Group for Gun Safety in 2018. Boylan represents Barrington and Riverside and serves as the 2025-2026 Rhode Island state lead for the National Caucus of Environmental Legislators.
