John Kane is a multi-generational cattle rancher and business owner from Bartlesville who also previously worked as a banker, per his House biography. He was elected to District 11 in 2022 and serves as Vice Chair of the Appropriations and Budget committee. Kane holds a ranch-management certificate from Texas Christian University and previously served on the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission. No campaign website was found as of September 7, 2026.
