Biography

Amanda Clinton is a candidate for Oklahoma House District 71, representing Tulsa County. She is a former journalist who spent 15 years working for the Cherokee Nation, earning three Emmy awards for producing Osiyo, Voices of the Cherokee People on PBS, per her campaign site. Clinton now owns a real estate company and a consulting firm advising tribal governments and Native-owned businesses, and is a graduate and adjunct professor at Oklahoma State University, per her campaign site.
