The sitting Rogers County District 3 Commissioner, elected in 2014, 2018 and 2022 and serving as the board's 2026 chairman in rotation, per the county's commissioner page and official bio. Before taking office he worked about 11 years in road and bridge construction and 18 years managing retail stores for Kmart and Lowe's, and he served in the Army National Guard from 1981 to 1987, per the county's official bio.
