Chuck Hall is the Republican candidate for Oklahoma Senate District 20 on the November 3, 2026 ballot, per the Oklahoma State Election Board's 2026 candidate list and official primary results. Hall is CEO and chairman of Exchange Bank & Trust Company, representing the third generation of a banking family with more than 160 years in Perry, per his official Senate biography. He previously served as Perry's city treasurer, city councilman and two-term mayor, per the same source. No campaign website was found as of September 7, 2026.
