Sixth District Court of Appeals Judge (term commencing February 9, 2027)

Michael R. Goulding has served as a judge of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, General Division, since 2013, per his campaign site. He previously served as a judge of the Toledo Municipal Court from 2007 to 2013 and was a partner at Shindler Neff, LLP, practicing commercial litigation, employment, real estate and probate law, per his campaign site. He holds a J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law and a B.A. in English from Ohio State University, and has served on the board of the Mildred Bayer Clinic for the Homeless and the Toledo Law Association.
