Biography

Epley has served as a judge of the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals since February 9, 2021, after being elected on November 3, 2020, and was reelected Presiding and Administrative Judge of the court for 2025, per the court's official website. He practiced law for 21 years before taking the bench, including as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Vandalia Municipal Court, and earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, per his campaign site.
