Kevin Johnson is Program Manager for the NC Foundation for Soil and Water Conservation and previously directed the Wayne County Cooperative Extension office, per his campaign site and the Goldsboro Daily News. He has chaired the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce Board and volunteers as a youth soccer coach and church deacon; his son serves in the U.S. Navy, per the Goldsboro Daily News.
