Biography

Ben Hunter is a District Court Judge serving Warren and Vance counties, per the North Carolina Judicial Branch and the Warren Record. He took the oath of office in 2017, succeeding Judge J. Henry Banks, who retired. A graduate of Warren County High School and Appalachian State University, he worked as an English teacher before entering the North Carolina Central University School of Law, passed the North Carolina State Bar exam in 2013, and served as an assistant district attorney until his appointment to the bench, per the Warren Record. No campaign website was found as of September 27, 2026.
