Caroline Farris Quinn was appointed by Governor Josh Stein as a District Court Judge for District 8, covering Edgecombe, Nash and Wilson counties, taking the bench in August 2025, per the Rocky Mount Telegram. She previously served as Clerk of Superior Court for the 8th Judicial District and spent 16 years as an assistant district attorney there. Quinn received her bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and her law degree from Campbell University. No campaign website was found as of September 27, 2026.
