Biography

Herrick is an attorney in Cabarrus County specializing in estates, guardianships, trusts and estate planning, juvenile defense and real property matters, per the campaign site. Herrick has been licensed by the NC State Bar since 2002 and also holds an NC CPA license, and earned a Master of Laws in Taxation with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center in 2003. Herrick was appointed to the North Carolina Board of Law Examiners in 2010 and served as Board Chair from 2020 to 2022.
