Warren Daniel graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1991 and served six years in the U.S. Army Field Artillery, per the campaign site. Daniel earned a law degree with honors from UNC Law School in 2000 and practices law in Morganton, and was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2007, per the campaign site.
