Biography

Ron Kim began his public-service career in the office of then-City Council Member John Liu and later served as an aide to Assemblyman Mark Weprin, per his official Assembly biography. He went on to work for the city Department of Buildings and Department of Small Business Services and as a regional director for government and community affairs under two governors, then worked as a legislative advocate for children with special needs and small businesses before his 2012 election to the Assembly. No campaign website was found as of September 9, 2026; the State Board of Elections' certification is the only verifiable source for Ron Kim.
