Dean Tarulli is the Democratic candidate for New York Assembly District 15 on the November 3, 2026 ballot, per the State Board of Elections' certified general-election ballot. Tarulli has spent his career coordinating with government agencies on state and federal programs. After Hurricane Sandy, New York put him in charge of safeguarding more than $500 million in federal disaster-recovery funds and leading the environmental approval process for reimbursements, per his campaign site.
