Jibreel Jalloh is a Canarsie, Brooklyn community organizer and the founder and executive director of The Flossy Organization, per his campaign site. He is the son of a union nurse and a taxi driver who immigrated to New York, and has led grassroots efforts against a proposed pesticide facility and for improved transit and youth safety in southeast Brooklyn. He is endorsed by the New York Working Families Party.
