Carle is a former Chautauqua County Legislator who served on the county's Public Safety Committee, per the Post-Journal. Carle's career includes work as a plant manager in the food and beverage manufacturing industry and in corporate human resources, per the Post-Journal. Carle ran unsuccessfully for Congress against U.S. Rep. Nick Langworthy in 2024, per the Post-Journal.
