New York City Ballot Proposal 4 is a ballot question for a local jurisdiction in Bronx County on the November 3, 2026 ballot. Creates a centralized construction permits hub, moves waterfront permitting from the Department of Small Business Services to the Department of Buildings, and allows additional Department of Buildings officials to approve construction. A yes vote simplifies permitting as described; a no vote leaves the laws unchanged.
