Amanda N. Septimo is a lifelong Bronx resident who attended Vanderbilt University on a Posse Scholarship and has been a community activist since age 12, per the Assembly's member page. She worked with The Point Community Development Corporation's teen activism program, interned with the Legal Aid Society on domestic violence cases, and worked for Congressman Jose E. Serrano before becoming his district director, later working on educational equity for the Council of School Supervisors and Administrators, per the same source. No campaign website was found as of September 9, 2026; the State Board of Elections' certification is the only verifiable source for Amanda N. Septimo.
