William O'Dea is Chairperson Pro-Tempore of the Hudson County Board of Commissioners and works as Deputy Executive Director of the Elizabeth Development Company, per his official county biography. A Jersey City native who previously served two terms on the Jersey City Council, he was first elected county commissioner in 1997 and is now serving his eighth full term. He is unopposed for re-election as the District 2 commissioner.
