Tobin Menard served in the U.S. Air Force from 1998 to 2008 as a military aircraft mechanic and meteorologist, and has since worked in retail and manufacturing, per Citizens Count. He serves as treasurer of the Upper Valley Libertarians. He lives in Newport and is running for Executive Council District 2.
