Biography

Reuben D'Silva is a candidate for Nevada Assembly District 28, per his campaign site. He is a high school history teacher at Rancho High School and a combat veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, awarded the Purple Heart and Naval Achievement Medal for his actions during a deployment to Iraq, per his campaign site. D'Silva was born in Mumbai, India, and immigrated to the United States as a toddler; he earned degrees from UNLV, the University of Pennsylvania and Yale University, per his campaign site.
