Biography

Neal was born in Madison, Wisconsin, in 1950 and has lived in Gallatin County since 1974, per a Montana Free Press candidate questionnaire he completed for a prior legislative campaign. He is a Montana National Guard veteran who works in business and industrial property management and was educated in architecture, per the questionnaire. No campaign website or questionnaire response for the 2026 race was found as of September 17, 2026.
